After the incident with the 12th Angel, Shinji comes back from the sea of Dirac, but he's not alone.
I realized that there are far more possibilities for crossovers than that.

With her temper, she has great impact on the people of NERV.
With her demonic abilities, she can do much more.

The EVA's always fought alone, with Misato's weird ideas as battle plans, and without help.
What if they aren't alone any longer?
The JSSDF decides to join the battle against the Angels with their Tridents.
The pilots have to form a team with the new additions, while Misato has to earn her pay by coming
up with real battleplans, because the JSSDF is now watching her.
There is much undiscovered territory in adding reinforcements for NERV. I wonder that nobody had
tried such a story a long time ago.
A long story, as it would be a retelling of NGE. With different battles, completely different
dynamics between the six pilots, and a Gendo, whose plans are now a lot harder to implement.
